I built this text-based game as a part of my MS624 Technology Leadership class, taught by Dr. David Bolman. In that class, we examined numerous leadership methodologies and how they would best apply to technology environments. One of the most interesting parts of this class was examining how Situational Leadership and the DISC personality inventory cross over with one another. Instead of doing a standard paper on the subject, I decided to apply my knowledge of the Twine tool to this knowledge, in order to help educate other people on what I'd learned.

Situational Leadership is a leadership approach that focuses on a leader adapting themselves and their style to fit both the situation. Additionally, it can be used with the DISC personality profiles of those a leader is working alongside. Every employee has different needs and is at a different point in their work in a project, and it's a leader's job to recognize and adapt to that in order to help speed them along.
This project was completed solo over a short period of time and was made using the Twine program and a whole heap of research.
